TX Incentives & Rebate Local Filmography
Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program (TMIIIP)
This is the primary state-level rebate program for film, television, commercials, animation, VFX, video games, and extended reality projects. Productions that spend in Texas can receive a cash rebate on qualified in-state expenditures. Additional bonus incentives can increase the total rebate—taking the potential total to up to 31%.
